These terms describe your use of Little Pictures, the nonogram puzzle game provided by Smartech, and this website. Please read them before playing. You can contact us at fre3run@gmail.com.
Who can play
Little Pictures is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them with you. This age guidance does not replace any separate consent required for data collection.
Using the game
You may install and play Little Pictures for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, subject to applicable app-store rules. The game, artwork, sounds, and other content remain owned by Smartech or their respective licensors. You are welcome to share screenshots and gameplay videos, including in reviews, provided you do not misrepresent them as an official Smartech publication.
Do not redistribute or sell the game or its extracted assets, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. These restrictions do not limit activities permitted by applicable law or the licenses of included open-source software.
Progress and rewards
Progress, completed pictures, and settings are stored locally on your device. There is no Smartech game account or cloud-save service. Removing the app, clearing its data, or losing your device may remove your progress. You can export a backup from Settings and keep it somewhere safe.
Stars, cups, hints, hearts, and other game rewards are for use within the game. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. Puzzle availability and game balance may change as we improve the game.
Advertisements
Little Pictures may show ads between gameplay visits and offer optional rewarded ads for a hint or an extra heart. Ads depend on network availability, privacy choices, and the advertising provider. The advertised in-game reward is granted when the provider confirms the required ad completion; closing early may mean that no reward is earned.
Third-party ads and websites are provided by their operators. Opening an ad may take you to a service with its own terms and privacy policy. Contact us if an ad is inappropriate or a completed reward does not arrive.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how the game handles local progress, analytics, advertising, and support messages. These terms do not substitute for any separate privacy choice or consent required for those activities.
Updates and availability
We may release fixes, add or adjust puzzles and features, or change supported devices. We aim to keep the game reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every device will support every future version. Where required, we will give notice of material changes and respect applicable consumer remedies.
App-store terms and your rights
Your use of the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to that store’s terms. For the App Store version, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license is provided through the store. These terms do not replace that license.
Nothing here excludes or limits consumer rights, warranties, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your country. If something goes wrong, please contact us so we can investigate and explain the available help.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or seek agreement where required. You may stop using the game at any time; export a backup first if you want to keep your progress.
