Privacy policy
Effective October 4, 2026
Smartech operates Little Pictures, a mobile nonogram puzzle game for teens and adults aged 13 and older. This policy explains how information is handled in the game and on this website. Contact us at fre3run@gmail.com.
Your game progress
Puzzle progress, completed pictures, rewards, and game settings are stored locally on your device. There is no game account or Smartech cloud save service. If you export a backup, you choose where to store it; that file is not sent to Smartech. Device or operating-system backups may also apply.
Usage analytics
When analytics collection is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase receives app interactions such as puzzle starts and completions, mistakes, hints, screen visits, challenge progress, and ad flow events. Firebase also processes app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, session information, and general location derived from network information. We use this to understand difficulty, reliability, and which features players use. We do not set an account identifier or send your name, email address, or puzzle artwork through gameplay analytics.
In the current app, usage analytics is enabled by default on a new installation, without a separate startup analytics prompt. You can turn it off anytime in Settings → Support & legal → App privacy and continue playing the full game. Existing saved opt-outs are respected after an update. Turning it off stops future analytics collection and clears the local analytics identifier and queued data; it does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Analytics advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization signals stay disabled. These controls are separate from advertising consent.
Older app builds may use a regional analytics notice or consent flow. Those builds can ask our Cloudflare-hosted website which policy applies, using the request IP address to determine the country. The endpoint returns only a policy, not your IP address or country, and our application code does not log or store these requests. Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect the service. The current app does not perform this analytics country check.
Crash reports
We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose technical problems. Crash-report sharing is enabled by default on a new installation of the current app, without a separate startup prompt. You can turn it off in App privacy. Existing saved choices are preserved after an update. Reports can include technical errors and stack traces, app version, device and operating-system details, and installation/session identifiers. We do not attach your puzzle saves, collection, name, email, or an account identifier. App-generated Dart error messages are reduced to the error type and stack to avoid sending user-provided text. If both analytics and crash reporting are allowed, Firebase may include analytics events as diagnostic breadcrumbs.
Automatic crash-report uploads are disabled. Firebase may keep native crash reports locally even when sharing is off. At startup we discard pending reports if crash-report sharing is off; if it is on, pending reports may be sent. Reports from the current session normally upload on a later launch while sharing remains on. Withdrawing stops future app-generated error recording; a report already sent or in flight cannot be recalled. Change either choice in Settings → App privacy.
When you save App privacy settings, a versioned record of your choices and the decision time is kept on this device, separately from puzzle backups. Defaults are not recorded as an explicit choice. App privacy records are excluded from operating-system backups. A new installation uses the defaults described above. Malformed or unreadable existing settings disable both kinds of sharing until you save your choices again.
App update checks
The game uses Firebase Remote Config to check which app versions are supported and whether an update is available. Google processes Firebase installation identifiers and app and device information to provide these settings. Update checks do not upload your saved puzzles or collection. An optional update dismissal is saved locally on your device.
Advertising and privacy choices
The game uses Google AdMob for ads between some gameplay visits and optional rewarded ads for a hint or an extra heart. It does not display banner ads. Our ad requests ask for non-personalized ads; this does not mean that no data is processed. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses, device or app identifiers, device information, diagnostics, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, and prevent fraud.
Google’s User Messaging Platform checks whether a privacy message is required before the app loads ads. Where applicable, you can make or change your choices using Settings → Support & legal → Ad privacy choices. Available choices depend on your region and the message provided by Google. Ads are requested only when the SDK reports that they may be requested. The game does not request Apple’s permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Our website and support
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Network and technical request data, such as IP addresses, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. We do not add analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies to this website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
If you email support, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you provide. We use them to answer your request and troubleshoot issues. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Sharing, storage, and retention
Google and Cloudflare process information as described above, and email providers process support correspondence. Data may be processed outside your country under the providers’ applicable safeguards. We do not sell information provided directly to Smartech or provide our gameplay analytics to advertising partners for personalized advertising.
Local progress remains on your device until you clear app data or remove it, subject to your device’s backup settings. Support correspondence is kept as needed to address requests and meet applicable obligations. Google’s SDK data is subject to the relevant service settings and retention practices. Turning analytics off stops future collection; it does not automatically delete data previously collected by the provider.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, object to processing, or complain to a data protection authority. For requests concerning information held by Smartech, email fre3run@gmail.com. Because we do not operate game accounts, we may not be able to connect SDK records to your identity. We will explain the available options rather than ask for unnecessary identifying information.
Children
Little Pictures is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Regional age and consent requirements may differ.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
